An exploration of character design, and hair movement within Cinema4D/Redshift. I had been wanting to explore hair physics more in-depth for quite a while. I thought it would be a fun experiment to rinse and repeat a rigged character model while seeing how different hair traits reacted to dynamic movement. For this animation, I wanted to create 4 unique characters from scratch to then apply to the rig. I began by sketching concept art and applying unique texture maps to each to give them their own unique personality. Each treadmill features a different ground texture to add to each persona.
